Initial Consultation & Assessment
1.5 hours, includes 1 personal training session.
We will assess your goals, fitness level, and workout environment. You can determine if I am the right coach for you. Required before starting a custom training program.
Custom Training Program (Package #1)
3-month custom program with monthly sessions and unlimited email check-ins.
3-month custom training program tailored to you. Includes 3 monthly workout / check-in sessions (1 hour each) plus unlimited email check-ins. Monthly check-ins can be done in person or online.
Additional 3-Month Program
Continue your program for another 3 months.
Continue your custom training for another 3 months. Includes 3 monthly workout / check-in sessions (1 hour each). Requires a completed initial consult / assessment.
One-on-One Session
1-hour session with a certified trainer.
A single 1-hour personal training session with Adam. Great as a tune-up between programs or to dial in form on a specific lift.
Additional Person
Bring a friend or partner along.
Add a second person to a 1-hour session. In-person sessions require a guest pass to your fitness center.
