Fitness and Health Apps

Here are some of the fitness apps that I use on a regular basis:

  • Chronometer – for keeping track of calories and macros
  • Garmin Connect – to connect to my Garmin watch
  • IntervalTimer – I don’t do a lot of cardio but when I do this works for HIIT
  • AF App (Anytime Fitness) – This is not only my key to get in the gym, but has a lot of great articles
  • Google Sheets – I use this for keeping track of my workouts
